Bonita Odutayo is the owner and operator of Mega Child Care, Inc., a child care facility. The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (DPRS) revoked Mega Child Cares license to operate as a child care facility. When Mega Child Care continued doing business, DPRS sought and obtained an injunction to close the facility. Odutayo and Mega Child Care appeal from the granting of the injunction, contending the trial court abused its discretion by: (1) improperly ruling on several evidentiary objections; (2) by granting an injunction against Bonita Odutayo, when there was no evidence she had committed a wrongful act; (3) by granting an injunction against Mega Child Care when there was no evidence it had committed a wrongful act; and (4) by improperly allowing documents to be admitted into evidence during closing arguments. We affirm.
